Because of server related problems prior to about 9-15-00, we'd like to ask people that submitted nominations and/or pictures of their pets, other animals, to re-submit these nominations and photos. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you and will do out best to incorporate as much of the material throughout the site as soon as possible.

We'd also like to thank everyone that helped promote the site in the thus far. If youre curious to track your efforts, go to AmericanAnimalAwards.com/STATS and click on the last link at the bottom of the page. For questions on interpreting results, click through to the program that produced them their explanations are pretty good. It might just be worth your while as we plan to reward top performers with cold hard cash!

As a small example: last April a number of releases were circulated on some rather unique paper; if Alisha returns her copy by first class mail within 30 days or so [don't spend more than a 33 cent stamp + a cheap envelope / etc.], she's going to get some of that.

The next request for the return of this note may very well be hidden somewhere else on the site keep looking and maybe you'll get something too.

Following this 2nd call back, we're probably going to call back a letter we asked the initial recipient to circulate. The first person that returns the original with 100 signatures on the back, of people that have visited AmericanAnimalAwards.com at length, should get some party money / etc. It may be a good idea to fax us the front and back in addition to mailing the original so we can prove definitely who's first but wait till we post a call, again, we'll probably hide it on one of our pages. Who knows, maybe on or in one of Kahlua's photos,etc.

I'm not going to tell you to pick through the garbage, but if you do and find one of our letters, press / public releases, etc., it may just have some value!
