This photo is of me in my car, the big blue carrier, just before being admitted at RadioCat, the right part of the building. The left part of the building is occupied by Animal Eye Associates. The Owner of this hospital is an animal ophthalmologist - I think he works on cats & dogs mostly, but not only. One of the things my caretaker really liked about this site is that someone is usually around at night in the 2nd story residence - that way, if something bad happened, fire / etc., there'd be someone to attend to me and the other animal guests. Even though we were just out of Chicago, the hospitals & surrounding neighborhood had a nice small town feel to it. I even had a small airport nearby [in addition to O'Hare]! |
