A little wider view of me in the box used to get me ready for my first chemo treatment. Some of the chemo drugs are very strong and could cause major tissue damage near the injection site if they didn't go directly into my vein / etc. It's just too much of a risk to keep a pet or animal awake for a regiment that could take 10 minutes or more.
Thus far I've been under general something like 3 times now in the last month or so. |
