Here's some of the other "wall" art featured at RadioCat's Wheeling, IL treatment center. People that take their cats there can, if they want, do little drawings, write little messages, and such on all the walls in the reception / in-take areas. It's a nice touch to an already very pleasant experience. You can see other examples of this art on the home page for AmericanAnimalAwards.com as well.
While we asked if it was ok to reproduce the art on this site, we didn't ask RadioCat to contact individuals that did the art / messages [they're probably too busy taking care of new arrivals / etc.]. If your art is featured on this site and you'd like to tell us more about the featured pet, please write & we'll try to update the text for that photo. We kinda thought these photos would be a nice way to honor your pet & pretty up the site a bit. If you want us to take the art down [We hope you don't], let us know that as well & we'll, of course, get to it asap.
From my point of view, I'm glad my human is sharing my story & photos with you all since I don't want to be forgotten & I can use all the positive prayers / etc. people, other pets, animals, etc. want to send my way. |
